1) Level 1 Coaching Weight Lifting Course (March 9th and 10th – Book now!)
An entry level course delivered at the Sports Centre by an accredited British Weight Lifting tutor, leading to a well-regarded qualification.

The course costs £350 but there are discount codes that BWL members and non-members can advantage of:
