A New Season of Professional Football for the School’s Graduates
There has been exciting news recently for four of the School’s many graduates who work in professional football:
Luke Cooper (BSc (Hons) Sport & Exercise Science) has moved from Sheffield Wednesday FC to become the new Head of Sports Science at New York City FC in Major League Soccer.
After two seasons at Brighton & Hove Albion FC, Ellen Davies (BSc (Hons) Sport & Exercise Science has been appointed Physical Performance Coach at Bristol City Women FC.
Harry Jamieson (BSc (Hons) Sport & Exercise Science) has joined Rotherham United FC as a Performance Analyst, after seven seasons at Scunthorpe United FC.
Sophie Barker (BSc (Hons) Sport Development & Coaching) has signed for Leicester City FC Women from Sheffield United Women.
Congratulations to all four and our best wishes to them – and to all our graduates and current students working for clubs, from non-league to the Premiership – for the new season!
